VP Clinical Operations—Maryland

The French Group has been retained by an innovative and exciting health care organization to identify a strategic leader to create a dynamic clinical operations program.  This position has responsibility for management of the full budget, including administrative and cost of care. The VP will oversee end to end management of all benefit review, utilization management and review functions, including the diabetes outreach program functions. The VP will also lead the migration to a new Clinical Operations System for all Clinical Product and Services clients, as well as the certification for NCQA. 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education. Clinical degree preferred.

·       Ten+ years of health plan experience; Preferable Medicare and/or Medicaid

·       8+ years progressive management experience in a healthcare delivery system, including budgetary accountability, compliance, and workforce management
