VICE PRESIDENT CLINICAL INTEGRATION – PENNSYLVANIA

The French Group has been retained by St. Luke’s, a nationally recognized network, to identify a talented physician executive to serve as their VP Clinical Integration.

St. Luke’s Care is a clinically integrated network and a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Luke’s University Health Network (SLUHN). SLUHN is a non-profit, fully integrated, nationally recognized network providing services at seven hospitals and more than 200 outpatient sites in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Since 1997, SLUHN has been nationally and regionally recognized for clinical excellence more than 120 times by various prestigious organizations. St. Luke’s has five times been named one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals and one of the nation’s 100 Top Teaching Hospitals, the only hospital in the region to receive this esteemed award. Since 1999, St. Luke’s has routinely been honored by U.S. News & World Report in its annual listings of America’s Best Hospitals and Hospital Top Performance.

POSITION SUMMARY

In collaboration with other members of the leadership team, the VP Clinical Integration will   play a significant role in the strategic development and continued evolution of the organization. The VP Clinical Integration will provide clinical leadership and business direction in support of value based contracting within the clinically integrated network of St. Luke’s Care.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED

This is a highly visible and strategic position requiring exceptional collaboration and leadership skills with substantial experience as a physician executive. The VP Clinical Integration is a critical medical and business leader thus requiring superior interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. In addition to having significant health plan experience and a passion for quality and integrated care, the VP Clinical Integration will also have an understanding of medical analytics/reporting and value-based payment models.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•           M.D. or D.O. with active, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain Pennsylvania Medical Licensure

•           Current Board Certification in an ABMS recognized specialty – primary care preferred

•           MBA, MPH, MHS, or MHA preferred
