Our client is seeking a strategic visionary to be responsible for the design, leadership and execution of the LTC Medicaid strategy and quality activities. The VP LTC has accountability for ensuring that long term care programs and solutions focus on affordability, clinical excellence, and growth.
This position collaborates with the CEO, SVP Medicaid, Medical Director and Operations to design and implement programs to support and meet market and national operations goals, as well as market, network and sales objectives.
This newly created position reports to the SVP Medicaid and can be based remotely.
Long Term Care and Government Programs leadership experience required. Program/product development experience preferred. BA/BS required; MBA, Certification in Hospice and palliative care desirable.
