Chief Medical Officer—Florida

The French Group has been retained by a highly respected health care company to identify a talented physician executive to serve as their next Chief Medical Officer. The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the clinical strategy of this growing network of multiple practices and over 100 employed and affiliated providers. As leaders in the provision of accountable care, this dynamic health care company provides and coordinates comprehensive health care services for Medicare Advantage, Medicare FFS, Commercial, and Medicaid customers in Florida through its primary care- centric business of health care practices.

This is a highly visible and strategic position requiring exceptional leadership skills and substantial experience as a physician executive. The CMO is a critical medical and business leader thus requiring superior interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. The successful candidate will possess expertise in Medicare Advantage risk including HCC; value-based care and a deep understanding of quality metrics such as STARS, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS and ACO quality measures.

Additional qualifications include an active, unrestricted FL medical license with current board certification in a ABMS recognized specialty (primary care very strongly preferred).
