Unique opportunity for strategic Medicare Advantage Sales Leader to create and oversee the Sales & Marketing Division of a dynamic, rapidly-growing provider-sponsored tri-state MA Plan. Ideally, the VP will be based at the corporate office near Cincinnati but must be within a two-hour drive from HQ. The Medicare Advantage health plans cover counties in Ohio, Indiana and Maryland.

The French Group is retained to assist in identifying candidates for this newly-created role. The VP will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of a growth strategy for all product lines. The successful candidate will have significant sales/marketing experience with SNP/MA products and preferably with ACO and Primary Care practices as well.

Selected Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement growth strategies focused on SNP and other products.

· Strategic oversight of Sales and Marketing initiatives for all lines of business in all states.

· Development of competitive analysis, marketing and retention plans

· Recruit, build and manage high-performing Sales and Marketing team to achieve the company’s business plans and budgetary requirements.

· Participate in the development of expansion strategies and assist in identifying new innovative business partnerships, including joint ventures

Selected Candidate Requirements:

· Degree in health administration, business administration, or another related field; MBA desirable.

· 8+ years marketing and sales leadership across multiple states or regions in Medicare Advantage.

· Proven success in developing growth strategies with tangible results.

· Successful track record in staff development and leading/mentoring a high-performance sales team while creating a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
