The French Group was founded in 1996 by Patricia French after a successful career with a large recruiting firm for which she developed its medical director executive search division. Patricia is recognized nationally for her expertise in the healthcare industry. She conducts workshops, teleconferences, and lectures across the country to healthcare executives on career management and is a faculty member of the Medical Directors Training Academy. Prior to her executive search career, Patricia has held positions in healthcare administration for several integrated delivery systems in Virginia. She is a registered nurse with a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University.

In addition to Patricia, our consultants have all held executive-level positions and have achieved success and recognition in their respective fields.
